Welcome to Registration!

The cost per Participant is $650 (incl. GST) on or before March 30, 2010. After this date, the registration rate is $850 (incl. GST). This fee includes admission to the entire conference.

The cost per Presenter is also $650 (incl. GST). This fee includes 1 presentation slot and 1 speaker admission to the entire conference. Presenters must first submit a request to present. We will notify you if you are approved and provide payment information.

There are 2 convenient ways to register

1) Register on-line. Payment by VISA, Mastercard, American Express or cheque.
2) Download the fillable BioFinance registration form and FAX or MAIL your completed registration and payment to our office. Payment by VISA, Mastercard, American Express or cheque.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Notice of cancellation must be received on or before March 30, 2010. No reimbursement after this date. Notification must be sent to sadolfo@biofinance.ca or by fax 1-866-342-4934.
