Aledex - a broad spectrum antibiofilm/antimicrobial composition of protamine sulfate and chlorhexidine, with applications in medical device coatings, oral care, animal healthcare and industrial applications.
Products are currently being developed to coat urinary catheters, hemodialysis catheters and endotracheal tubes.

CSP(Competence Stimulating Peptide) - Antibiofilm technology for oral care to reduce dental plaque, with applications as ingredients in toothpaiste and mouthwash
Product is currently being developed for oral care in companion animals.

Presenter Bio

Gord Froehlich is the president and CEO of Kane Biotech Inc., a company developing novel technology that prevents and remove biofilms in healthcare, agriculture and industrial markets. Gord is a business leader with extensive senior management experience in the life sciences and agri-business industry and is a former executive with Monsanto in Canada. He has served on the Board of Directors of a number of companies and served as Public Governor and Director of the Winnipeg Commodity Exchange. Gord also enjoys running marathons.
