Presenter Bio

Ian W. Malone

Mr. Malone is currently Special Financial Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer, and was Chief Financial Officer of Jennerex, Inc. from July, 2006 until December 31, 2009, at which time the position was migrated to San Francisco. From March, 2004 until June, 2006, Mr Malone was Chief Financial Officer of Millenium Biologix Corporation. From 1996 to 2003, Mr. Malone was Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer, and a director of World Heart Corporation, a public company listed on the Nasdaq National Market and the Toronto Stock Exchange. Prior to contributing to the formation and development of World Heart Corporation, Mr. Malone held several executive positions with the Canadian subsidiary of a Swiss-based global financial institution, latterly as Senior Vice President and Chief General Manager. Mr. Malone is currently a director of N-able Technologies, Inc., Kanata and was a member of the board, and Chairman of the Audit and Governance committees of Liponex Inc., a public bio-pharmaceutical research company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. Malone graduated from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland with a degree in Economics and Marketing.
