Register

The cost per Participant and Presenter is $250 Cdn (incl. GST).

There are 3 convenient ways to register
1) On-line registration. Payment by VISA, Mastercard or American Express.
2) Download the BioFinance registration form and FAX your registration to 1-866-342-4934. Payment by VISA, Mastercard or American Express.
3) Download the BioFinance registration form and MAIL your registration to our new address at:

Payment by VISA, Mastercard, American Express or cheque.

The deadline for on-line, fax and mail registrations is Tuesday, October 31, 2006. After this date, only on-site registration will be available.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Notice of cancellation must be received on or before October 15, 2006. No reimbursement after this date. Notification must be sent to sadolfo@biofinance.ca.
