Partnering Sessions

We are pleased to introduce FREE Partnering Sessions hosted by BioDiscovery Toronto.
The partnering sessions provide an opportunity for conference participants (presenting & non-presenting) to meet for 30 minutes and explore potential partnerships at BioFinance Early Phase.

The Partnering Process
1) Register to attend BioFinance Early Phase 2006.
Note: If you are already a registered attendee and wish to participate in the Partnering Sessions, you can skip to #4
2) Select your participation status in Partnering (yes/no) during registration for BioFinance Early Phase.
3) If you select “yes” to participation in the partnering session than your company/name will be posted in this section of the website under “Participating Partnering Companies".
4) Review the potential participants at the partnering session.
5) To arrange a meeting with a partnering participant(s) simply fill in the partnering form below and submit.
6) A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hrs to confirm your submission request.
7) The party whom you indicated interest in meeting with will be contacted with regards to your request.
8) If your request is accepted by your interested party, then a scheduled time and location will be sent to you via email.
9) A final timetable of all your scheduled meetings will be sent via email on October 30th.
10) You can also consult at the partnering desk for your timetable at the meeting on-site.
• Any changes/cancellation to partnering meetings must be sent to admin@biodiscovery.ca as soon as possible.
• Online partnering will be available up until October 27th, 2006
• On-site partnering will be available on November 1st, 2006 but are subject to participants’ availability.
Note: Submission of requests does not guarantee scheduling of partnering meetings. Scheduling is subject to participants’ availability and their acceptance.
