BIOFINANCE EARLY PHASE 2006
THE FUTURE OF CANADA’S LIFESCIENCE INDUSTRY
A conference of some of the most innovative minds in the Canadian life sciences industry, BioFinance Early Phase 2006 hosts emerging life science companies whose focus on discoveries and business strategies will be the future of the Canadian life science sector.
BioFinance Early Phase 2006 is a one-day program that will feature presentations by the CEOs from 30 emerging life science companies from across Canada and the US. It will also feature panel discussions by experts on topics including early stage financing, aspects of the deal and US financing sources. The presenting companies will be developing new medicines, devices, diagnostics, medical technologies and systems. These companies will likely have some angel, private or seed financing already in place and will be starting the search for investment in the range of up to $ 2 to 5 million.
BioFinance Early Phase 2006, will take place on Wednesday, November 1, 2006 at the Toronto Marriott Eaton Centre, 525 Bay St., Toronto.
Attendees
We expect attendance of about 250 people which will include seed fund managers, angel investors, venture capitalists, private equity managers, legal and consulting industry leaders, pharmaceutical executives, biotechnology industry service providers, and media. Cost for Attendees and Presenters at the conference will be $250 per person.
