We are leaders in the development of peptide analogs of SDF-1 that target and inhibit the receptor CXCR4 common in most cancers. CTCE-9908 has been proven to be safe with preliminary evidence of efficacy based on preclinical and human studies. We are focused on the completion of a Phase II proof-of-concept liver cancer trial. Leveraging a lean organizational model, the company is seeking to out-license the technology based on a successful Phase II clinical trial, in an effort to realize early revenue streams.

Presenter Bio

Mr. Korzs multi-disciplinary experience has spanned twenty years in the biotech sector with a number of emerging and established biotechnology companies as well as 10 years in the public health care sector. He has an extensive history of applying innovation and process to start-up and emerging companies operating in Canada and the United States with a track record of strategic planning, leveraging goal-oriented teams to complete clinical programs on time and on budget.
Mr. Korz brings with him a broad drug development background to his position with experience in business development, finance, clinical development, regulatory affairs, and project outsourcing. His experience with therapeutic and diagnostic research drugs has spanned various indications including oncology, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and psoriasis.
